I am a wife of almost 14 years and mother of three. I have two beautiful daughters, Alivia and Eva. And a very handsome son, Chaz, who keeps me laughing all day long. We have lived in the Mandarin Area since moving to Jacksonville in 2002.

Back in 2000 I was asked to take the little girl I was babysitting to her swim lessons. It was at this time I had my first experience with survival swim lessons. At 8 months old she was taught how to roll onto her back and float. Years later, when I became a mother for the first time, I enrolled my own daughter. I was so in awe about the lifesaving skills my daughter had learned, I decided to become a certified swim instructor who would teach the same life-saving skills. Since I began teaching in 2006, I have taught more than 1,500 children in the Jacksonville area.

While I am teaching your child the skills needed to survive an aquatic accident, you’ll see that I am fun and silly, but also firm when needed. I am passionate about what I do and want every child to leave our program with the tools and confidence to survive any aquatic accident.

I am excited about the opportunity to work with and educate your family on water safety. I look forward to meeting you and your little one soon.

Swimcerely,

Heather Smith
